How I Work: |
I ask clients to make an initial commitment to coaching, and more importantly, themselves, for a minimum of 12 weeks.. Benefits of coaching build over time, and time is needed to integrate new habits, fully implement plans, and realize goals. Coaching sessions generally take place over the phone or on Zoom. Most people choose to meet 3 to 4 times a month, for either 30-minute, 45-minute, or hourly sessions. I also offer 12 weeks,, 6 and 9-month pre-paid coaching packages at a discounted rate.
