Here’s how it works: The Photo Shoot We begin with a personalized photo session where we capture images that resonate with your emotions and experiences. This isn’t about creating perfect pictures; it’s about capturing authentic moments that reflect your inner world. Engaging with the Images After the shoot, we sit down and take a real look. Not just at the photos, at what they bring up. How you see yourself. What you avoid. What you notice first. This is where the truth comes out. We use the images to spot the patterns, the stories, the stuff you've been carrying, and start shifting it. Life Coaching From there, we create a coaching plan based on what you discovered. We work with your inner voices, align with your truth, and build practices to help you embody your confidence and live from your real self, day by day. Embodying Your Inner VoicesIn this session, you will explore your inner voices: the saboteurs and allies that shape your life. First, you will embody your saboteurs, the voices of doubt, fear, and self-criticism. Through movement, expression, and therapeutic photography, you will bring these voices to life and understand how they hold you back. Then, you will connect with your allies, the voices of strength, courage, and empowerment. By embodying these supportive forces through photography and guided journaling, you will learn how to call on them when you need confidence and resilience. You will leave with a personal journal that maps your inner world, helping you recognize your saboteurs, understand their purpose, and strengthen your allies.
