Workshop Overview: A one-day, hands-on workshop designed to help women explore their inner selves, tap into creativity, and create meaningful soul collages. This experience combines introspection, artistic expression, and group sharing to foster self-discovery and empowerment.

What to Expect:
  • ​Introduction to SoulCollage® We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to the SoulCollage® process and explore how images can serve as mirrors for your inner world, offering insight, clarity, and connection.
  • Setting Intentions and Affirmations You’ll reflect on what you hope to gain from the experience and choose affirmations that align with your personal intentions for the workshop.
  • Image Gathering and Collage Creation Using a wide selection of provided materials, you’ll choose the images that speak to you and create your own SoulCollage® cards through a guided, intuitive process.
  • Reflection and Journaling Once your collage is complete, you’ll take time to reflect on what your card reveals. Through journaling, you’ll explore the themes, emotions, and messages that come forward.
  • Group Sharing and Discussion In a supportive circle, you’ll have the opportunity to share your collage and speak to the meanings behind your images. Listening to others also deepens your own insights.
  • Reading Your Cards We’ll close with a guided exercise using the “I Am One Who…” technique, allowing your collage to speak back to you and reveal what’s ready to be seen.
